Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase. PayPal is the only payment method accepted. All major Credit Cards are accepted through PayPal including MC, Visa, AMEX and Discover. Sales tax will be charged on all orders in the State of Colorado. 

 

SHIPPING

Due to the processing procedure we follow to process your purchase once the payment is made, it is not possible to modify or cancel a purchase once it has been confirmed with your payment. Please be sure before submitting payment that size, color, quantity and address is correct. You can return the item(s) after you receive the order if necessary. Please review returns below for procedure. 

Normal shipping is within 3 to 

5 business days or from cleared payment.  

Please allow the maximum of 5 business days for us to complete shipment - 

if any delay causes us not to ship within this time frame 

due to bad weather conditions, courier or warehouse problems 

you will be contacted. 

  

We will mark your purchase history as shipped with a tracking number when package leaves. 

 Expedited shipping will ship Priority mail or Standard shipping will ship 1st class mail. This is the mail service that will be used to ship your item(s) within the stated 3 to 5 business days. 

 Shipping companies used are USPS, UPS or Federal Express.

COMBINED SHIPPING:

We are happy to combine your shipping. For multiple purchases add each to your cart and pay from the cart screen in the upper right corner. Each garment after the first is automatically reduced . All shipping is based on an estimated weight charge for garment(s) purchased.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

- Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.  Please contact us within 14 days of purchase that you would like to return item(s). 

You will receive a return authorization (RA) number and return instructions within 48 hours. 

- Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization.

- A 20% Restocking fee may be charged - this may be applicable when a Garment(s) is returned to and stocked direct at the warehouse; this is a fee charged by the warehouse and is NOT a seller fee.

- Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

- Upon notification from eBay that the return package has been shipped and the tracking verified, a refund will be made to your Paypal account for the purchase price. 

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to a shipping error, or damaged item.

- Returns only are accepted; no exchanges. A re-purchase can be made through the auction for another size, color or garment.

- Worn, altered, washed or soiled garments (deodorant / perfume odor) are non-returnable.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

USPS is the only shipping service used. International shipping averages 10 to 15 days but could take up to 25 days or longer depending on destination. We are not responsible for length of delivery times. Custom fees are the responsibility of Buyer.  Combined shipping discounts are available and are based on total weight of shipment. For multiple purchases add each to your cart and pay from the cart screen in the upper right corner.
