We strive for customer satisfaction, but in the very rare case that something goes wrong, whether your item is damaged or hasn't arrived, just get in touch. We'll try to resolve all problems amicably.
How do I return an item?
Get in touch and let us know what's wrong. If it's a broken item, we will either refund or exchange your item. We will ask for a photograph of damage for our records before sending out a replacement.
We'll give you a RMA number, just pop that on the outside of the box and our address, we'll refund you the item (for unwanted items) or the entire order price (for damaged or defective items), at our discretion.
What happens if there is a problem in dispatching my order?
Sometimes there's the odd hiccup where an item may be broken before dispatch, or it has gone out of stock. We'll give your eBay registered phone number a ring or message you. If we don't hear back within 72 hours, we'll dispatch a similar replacement item.
