Buyer must contact Yarnbow within two weeks of receiving item for any return inquiries. Returns must be in original condition they are shipped in and with no sign of use. No RMA required. We only sell brand new products directly from exclusive suppliers or manufacturers. The packaging materials we use for shipping are greatly sufficient to prevent yarn from damage. Therefore please be advised that we do not refund shipping/handling fee as long as the shipped merchandise completely matches listing description(s). No returns on books and patterns. In order to prove the Yarnbow standards we do not withhold restocking fee from buyer.
