We use use Royal Mail to mail anywhere in the UK, this service comes with an automatic tracking number for your added security and protection.

Whilst we take a lot of care packaging items and we are unable to accept responsibility for loss or damage which occurs during shipping. We are happy to send items registered mail for more secure delivery please ask for a quote.

Save postage on multiple purchases, We love to combine postage and send more than one item in a parcel, so please take a look at our other items at our eBay store and save yourself some money!

Overseas Buyers –PayPal Only

Buyer must make contact within 3 days of the purchase to finalize payment and postage details. All payments must be received within 7 days.

REFUNDS

We try our best to give you a fair and as accurate as possible description. Please note that colour/shade of garments may differ slightly to the listing photo due to light, and or the camera/computers ability to capture the true colour etc.

We understand that buying clothing and fashion online is convenient however it doesn’t give you the chance to try things on first and sometimes items just don’t fit or suit you. You may return the items

bought within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Note: the refund is for the item/s and does not include the postage charges. The return postage is your responsibility however we will pay for the postage to you when a replacement product is requested.

We obviously ask that the garment has not been worn, (and in the case of swimsuits that the hygiene strip is in place), all labels are attached and that you take care to protect the garment when posting back. If you would like to exchange an item please drop us an e-mail to let us know what item you would like so that we can put it on hold for you.
