- *Returns On NEW items will not be accepted if seal is broken.
- *We offer 14 days return policy from the day you received your item if there is a mechanical issue under the following conditions:
- *If Defective item is not repairable by our techs, Customer has an option of Replacement or Refund.
- *Repairs or refunds and exchanges may only be made within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
- *If item has been opened and/or used, a 15% restocking fee will be applied for a refund or an exchange.
- *A refund will not be accepted if you return your item with missing parts.
- *A refund will not be accepted if you return your item with any kind of damage (misused or abused merchandise).
- *All returns must be in the original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted.
- * We do not accept any returns without an RMA# provided by our customer service team.
- * All returns without RMA #s are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- *We do not offer price protection on any prior sales.
- *Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
- *Customer is responsible for shipping, shipping cost and proof of delivery on all returns. Please be sure that you return shipments are properly packed and fully insured. We are not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper/carrier or got damaged by carrier.
- *All defective merchandise may be returned back to us only within the 14 days of receipt. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accounted as defective.
- *Shipping cost (to and from buyer) will be charged for any refused shipping delivery (include duties, taxes and customs fee if any).
- *Please check with your carrier for 4G LTE Bandwidth compatibility.

- We maintain the right to change carrier, without any notice to the buyer, so you receive your item(s) as fast as possible.
- We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the
- right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to
- wrong address supplied by buyer. Any non-received items caused by
- invalid address registered on PayPal are not in our full refund or
- replacement policy.
