This is the Bachmann brand (stock number 58801), fully assembled and powered, HO scale (1:87), Mavis 0-6-0 diesel/mechanical locomotive. Mavis is painted black with yellow stripes near her face. She has the words "The Ffarquhar Quarry Co Ltd." and her name "Mavis" painted in white letters on each side. She has a serious expression and eyes that move. Mavis measures 4.5 inches (11.25cm) long, 1.25 inches (3cm) wide and 2 inches (5cm) tall. Like all of the Bachmann brand Thomas electric train items, Mavis can be used on any HO/00 scale track with brands like Hornby etc. and comes with Hook and Loop Couplers installed. >>Mavis Fun Fact<< Mavis is a feisty young diesel engine who works at the quarry.
