Italian Tech for American Dental

Bettini Dental Zirconia products have a long success in Europe, and are now available in the USA.

Founded in 1875 near Como, Italy, Bettini Spa produces technical ceramics for performance applications. Bettini Dental Zirconia (partially sintered) is reputed for mechanical strength and wear-resistance, and is unequaled in milling consistency.

Bettini Translucent Zirconia has an inherently natural appearance, while Bettini Opaque Zirconia has extra strength and is easily shaded.

Bettini Dental Zirconia provides milling consistency, clinical endurance and cosmetic versatility at a good price.

Bettini Dental Zirconia is reputed for mechanical strength, wear resistance and non-toxicity: it is unequaled in milling and clinical performance.

Bettini products are USFDA approved.

Discs can be milled with Zirkonzhan® and Wieland® - compatible machines.

FDA product code: EIH; FDA 510(k): K113431. Approved for intraoral dental prosthetic devices including crowns, facings, inlays, onlays, and veneers; for abutments, copings and frameworks; and for anterior & posterior bridge restorations.

To achieve top consistency, Bettini BZD products are manufactured in four controlled steps: Axial pressing: Highest quality yttria-stabilized zirconia powder is formed into dental milling blanks. Isostatic pressing: Milling blanks are given homogenous density and material consistency. Bettini BZD products thus maintain uniform shrinkage through initial and final (lab) sintering. Mechanical processing: Transforms blanks to specific product geometries. Initial sintering: Product blanks are partially sintered at proprietary heat, dwell, and cool phases. Bettini BZD products are thus strength-optimized for lab processing, including final sintering.
