With exchanges, please contact us for total freight cost which covers two-way postage.

Please note: For items listed with free postage, your money will be refunded minus the initial freight cost incurred. This postage cost will be calculated fairly, using the Australia Post freight calculator. If you have received a faulty item, please contact us. Please attach pictures of the fault so the item can be assessed. A refund or replacement may be offered under our discretion. In the cases where we request for the item to be sent back, a pre-paid shipping label can be emailed to cover the return cost of the faulty item.
