Most of our items are in stock ready to be shipped. We endeavour to ship out all items paid for before 3pm the same day Mon-Fri.
If an item is lost in the post with Royal Mail we are not in any position to take any action before 15 working days have elapsed from the expected date of dispatch. This condition is set by Royal Mail and NOT us. We make a promise after the 15 days have passed to refund in FULL for the lost item if we have not already sent another out in its replacement. |

We are happy to accept returns, if they are returned within 7 days of being received, and providing the item has not been used or opened and is in original condition and packaging. An email MUST be sent before returning your item. A note must be enclosed with the returned item, stating the reason for the return and your ebay login name. Postage for returned items will NOT be refunded. Certain electrical items can also NOT be returned please check listings. Also we are unable to accept any returns on helmets for health and safety reasons. |
