2. Please place the shoes and all packing and labels in the factory box. You must NOT tape over the shoe box, if you tape over the factory shoe box our warehouse will
refuse the return since they would no longer be suitable for resale as a new item

3. Place the factory shoe box inside another box for shipping. The USPS provides these at no cost.

4. Mail all shoes to our warehouse in Anaheim, California, (address below)

5. Refunds are processed less any shipping costs we incurred with your order.

6. For an exchange, please include the size you need and $13.00 to ship/handle the exchange
