Since we are a wholesaler and not authorized dealer, the manufacturer's warranty that is included in the box is not endorsed by an authorized retail.

With the Global Shipping Program:

when your item arrives.
*Your purchases are protected if it lost or damaged along the way, the GSP protections and policies will cover you.

Returns and refunds:
All products must be returned in there original unworn condition with the
bracelet, strap or clasp never sized including packaging,
manuals, protective tape/plastics & hanging tags fully intact and never
removed from the watch.
The order must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
If the watch is a gift and you are in need of an extension please contact me
via eBay message prior to purchasing.
Returns will be credited in full minus the shipping cost
Credit will be issued in the same form as payments received.
Returns must be shipped via prepaid insured traceable delivery
