Payment

We accept many methods of payment. Cheque, postal order and paypal. Paypal is preferred. It is the easiest form of payment and allows us to process your order quicker providing payment is received immediately after “committing to buy”.

Shipping

Domestic sale items will be sent via Royal Mails 48 hour service. But we offer Royal Mails 1^st class service on all of our items as well as an Express guaranteed next day option. Bulkier or larger items will be sent via Hermes couriers (3-5 days) or an express 24 Hour courier service.

Returns

Open returns – you may cancel the purchase for a refund within 14 days of payment providing items are unused and in original condition. That will entitle you to full refund of purchase price excluding outward shipping cost and return shipping cost. Please follow the ebay case return system to start the process.
