PLEASE NOTE THAT I DO COMBINE POSTAGE:  The ebay system does not combine postage…it adds item by item.  I have to combine postage manually and send an invoice.  The procedure is that after you commit to buy do not pay.  Ask me for an invoice either by 1. going to your purchases in your "my ebay";  2. asking me to send an invoice in an ebay message; or 3.  if using the cart take your cursor and hover over the seller's name and one of the selections is to ask for an invoice.
