* The purchased item(s) will be shipped within 1 business days after we have received payment. Orders placed and paid before 11 AM will be shipped out on the same business day.

* 2015 Thanksgiving Schedule: Orders received after 11/25/2015 12:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed & shipped on 11/30/2015.

* 2015 Christmas Schedule: Orders received after 12/24/2015 12:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed & Shipped on 12/28/2015.

* We offer free economy shipping via USPS First Class Mail or Fedex Ground. Delivery will take 5 to 7 business days depending on the items purchased and the delivery location. Delivery time is not guaranteed for economy shipping. If you need the item by a specific date, please select expedited shipping.

* Shipments outside of U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered, so we suggest you to check with local customs before placing your order.

* Local pick up is also available by appointment. Our business hour is Monday to Friday, from 9AM to 6PM. Please contact us before placing your order for a pick-up!

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, please contact us within 14 days of receipt before sending the item back. If your return is the result of our error (manufacturer defect, incorrect item, etc.), a free return shipping label will be provided. If your return is not the result of our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
 
The item MUST be in its original box. Everything shipped with the item such as manual, parts, etc. must also be returned.

After we receive and inspect the package to make sure everything is okay, we’ll issue a full refund back to your account.
