Up for sale is fine quality Chinese antique wood box with inlaid Ming dynasty jade. The jade piece depicts a dragon and shows exceptional layered openwork carving that is typical of Ming dynasty workmanship. The wood box shows good grain and patina. Please note, due to camera and computer screen settings, the color of jade might differ slightly in real life.
Condition: There is a fissure/crack in the jade which is possibly natural, and general age related wear. The wood box has shrinkage line. See closeup photos.
