    • Shipping

  • We aim to send out parts the same day if ordered before 12pm.  
    

  • We send using Royal mail for smaller items and Interlink or UPS for larger, heavier items.  
    

  • Please include your e-mail address and daytime contact telephone number with your order.  
    

  • We are able to ship to most countries but as shipping costs can vary considerably we recommend you contact us for a shipping estimate prior to placing your order.

    • Terms

  • For orders made from the UK or the European Union 20% VAT is included in our prices.  
    

  • We will always inform you about the status of your order as it changes. 
    

  • We will not pass on any of your personal details to third parties.

    • Returns

  • If your goods have been damaged in transit, you should retain the packaging and inform us within 72 hours of receipt, giving as much information as possible.  
    

  • All damaged or faulty goods will be replaced with an equivalent product, or a full refund will be given. 
    

  • If the goods were faulty in manufacture or incorrectly supplied we will give a full refund or replacement within 14 days of purchase. A store credit will be offered for anything outside this period. 
    

  • If within 14 days of recieving your parts you decide they are no longer required, open a return item case on Ebay. Parts must be returned in their original undamaged packaging for a full refund. No refund will be possible without an open ebay return case.
