A: Yes and no. T"x" (T10/T12/T15, etc), "x" stands for the width on the top of the LED, and T8/T10/T12/T13/T15 use the same socket in 10mm; therefore, you can still fit the LED to the socket, but you need to make sure you have enough space on the top so the LED won't be too wide.
