What is your returns policy?

At Bike-Helmets we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if it is not suitable, we are happy to refund your purchase with our 30 day no quibble returns policy providing the following terms are followed:

• The item(s) is undamaged, in original condition with all packaging and tags intact
• The item(s) are returned within 30 days of receiving your order

You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and during transit. We cannot accept liability for items that are lost or damaged during transit when they are returned, and request that you ask the post office for insurance and to stamp the proof of posting label for your own cover.

How do I return an item(s)?

You will need to package the item securely and include a completed returns form.

When will I receive my refund/replacement?

Processing your return quickly is our priority and a refund / replacement will be done as soon as the item is returned to our warehouse.

Once the item arrives back at our warehouse, a member of our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours to tell you that we have received your item back at our warehouse and to help resolve your issue. Any refund due to you, will usually be credited to your account either the same day or the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we have received the goods.

International Returns and Postage Costs from within Europe

As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note:- you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself.

We do offer a returns service from Germany and this will be chargeable at a discounted rate of only €7.50 which will be deducted from any refund due.  In order to request this service please email our customer service team on support@bike-helmets.co.uk who will be happy to assist you further.

The customer service team will then send you an e-mail, with a returns details form, which you will need to fill out, and a postage label which you will need to print out and affix to the parcel before sending the item back to us. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us - remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail you will have proof that you have sent it.

Please note:- it can take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse in the UK, depending on your location and which postal service you use.

We make every effort to be the most competitive with our prices; however should you find the same product cheaper elsewhere we will endeavour to match the price. We also extend this offer for purchases already made if you find the item cheaper within 7 days of purchase.

Price Match terms:

We will match products like for like and also take into consideration any service / delivery cost. The item must be an identical product and in stock in the same colour / size variation you require.

We match other business retailers but will not extend this to private sellers.

This is an offer and we have the right to decline a price match should we feel necessary.
