Arizona sales tax will be added to all Arizona buyers orders.
SHIPPING TERMS:
We offer free domestic shipment on most products. If you prefer expedited shipping, please contact us for additional charges.
We provide tracking or confirmation numbers when your item is shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking information. Please keep this email until your product is delivered.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Please check with your country's customs office to determine additional import duties, taxes or additional costs prior to purchasing. Extra fees may occur from your customs. These are buyer's responsibility when received at your location. This is not our responsibility to pay.
Due to US Postal Regulation laws, we are prohibited to ship product by gift. We only ship our International products by merchandise.
RETURNS:
Please contact us so we may assist you in your return or exchange. RMA will be needed for returned packages.
Defective/Damaged - Pictures are required of defective/damaged items before returns or exchanges are accepted. Replacements will be sent once pictures are received. An insurance claim will be filed through the carrier the package shipped out by if applicable. Please submit picture of box and broken item if received.
New Products - Non-defective/Non-damaged return items will have up to a 20% restocking fee deducted from original price. See individual item listings for restocking free costs.
Items must be received in same condition (sealed/boxed/unused) and original box received in for refund given. Sealed packages that been opened are not refunded. Once received back, items and packages are inspected. If not in same condition shipped out, refund will be voided, not refunded. Shipping costs are not refunded.
