- You are allowed 7 days, from the date of your RMA # is given, to return the product. After 7 days you must have a new RMA # issued.
- The product must be sent back as directed or it may be refused. The return shipping charge will be paid by the customer. The return product is to be packed in static-free packages. Unauthorized shipping charges will be refused.
- Product being returned on an RMA, must have the RMA # on the outside of the shipping container, a completed RMA form and a copy of the original PayPal Packing List.
- To obtain a RMA # you need to have the PayPal Packing List # you bought the product. E-mail us with the part #, quantity and why you need a RMA (defective, wrong, etc).
- If the product received is not our product, not the product specified on the RMA authorization (ie RMA given for 2GB DDR3 and we received a 2GB DDR2), if product is damaged beyond repair, chip damaged, burned or scratched, it will be returned to you.
- Please, do not remove our warranty and/OR manufacturer label.
