Delivery in the UK is from 3 - 4 working days, Airmail in Europe 5 - 7 working days and International 10 - 24 working days. If you havent received your order by this time please contact us through Ebay messages and we will look into it for you, but please be aware that Royal Mail do not consider an item undelivered/missing until after 15 WORKING DAYS (not including weekends and bank holidays)from the posting date. We use Royal Mail to deliver the majority of our goods or courier services for bigger and heavier parcels. Overseas customers can use the Postage and Packaging tab to estimate shipping costs.
