RETURNS POLICY

Returns will be accepted for exchange or refund.  Items returned must be in original condition complete with all tags, certificates and packaging.  Goods must be returned within 28 days of receipt and authorisation must be requested within 14 days by telephoning 01480 860376.   

HANDLING TIME

We despatch as soon as possible after cleared 7payment - usually within 1-2 days.
