Balloons are not included
 you will receive 1 14" tissue paper pom pom attached to ribbon per purchase
The tissue paper pom pom is the weight (no weight is needed) plenty of paper is used to hold down the balloons
1 pompom will hold down up to 6 12"helium balloons like my pics
if you have selected another colour combination please leave a note at checkout or email me to let me know
All pom poms are sent Pre- assembled,(flat) but not in bloom ( fluffing up is required by the customer) 
unless specified when ordering which is preferred  rounded,pointy or frayed, rounded will be sent out 
Frozen pompoms come pointy
Full instructions  are included, each pom pom will take around 4-5mins to make.
They are centre wrapped and folded with wire

i have used 12" balloons filled with helium
 These pom poms are all handmade as shown in the pictures above

These are a great alternative to the normal balloon weight 
Also great as a party wedding favor to give to each child to take home
