Shipping
Where we state that orders will be shipped ''Within 1 working day of receiving payment'', this means that orders received and paid for before 1 PM will be shipped within 1 working day. Orders received and paid for after 1PM may be shipped the next working day. Please note that orders can sometimes be delayed during peak times and during the Christmas period.

We aim to pack and ship within 1 working day of an order.

These items must be returned to us together with the original packaging and in a saleable condition within 30 days of receipt.
