SHIPPING DETAILS
Items will be dispatched 1-2 working days of payment received and shipped with royal mail tracked service, delivery usually takes 2 working days but please allow up to 7 working days. Items are not classed as lost until this time has expired. After this time we will either offer a refund or resend the goods if available, this will not be offered until after the 7 days.
All stock is new unless otherwise stated.

Please note shipping outside the UK can take up to 10-12 working days from time of dispatch and sent on a non-tracked service.

If your country is not listed in the on the counties I'm shipping to I will not be able to ship the goods to you

We accept ' Payment by Paypal Only' Items will be shipped at our discretion orders with unverified paypal accounts may be refunded and cancelled.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you need to message us about your order please do this through ebay as the message may get missed in PayPal. We will not take any responsibility if you change your order and do not message us through ebay
Please insure address are correct, any parcels lost or not delivered due to incorrect addresses will not be bikebits232 responsibility

RETURNS
We must be notified with in 30 days of the item received that you would like to return it and we must receive the returned item within 14 days after notification, returned items must be at your expense, we do not refund any postage cost. All returned items must have original packing and tags intact, if you wish to exchange any items you will be asked to cover any additional postage costs. All items are covered under manufacturer warranties.
