We will accept items back if unhappy for any reason under the following conditions. Items must be returned as received, in new unused condition with all tags attached. Any footwear with signs of wear on them will not be credited back and will be sent back. All shoe boxes MUST best sent with outer packaging materials and must not be written on or taped. Any and all items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
