If an item does not meet your expectations, please contact us. Please include a copy of the original invoice with any returns. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns on books or patterns due to copyright laws. Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds.
International buyers are responsible for any customs charges and fees.
