Payment Timing
Payment is expected within 3 days of auction/listing end. If payment is not received within this time frame, Unpaid

Sales Tax
TackleDirect is located in Egg Harbor Twp, New Jersey USA. We are required by law to collect a 7% New Jersey
State sales tax on taxable items and shipping fees for orders delivered within New Jersey only. Clothing is non-
taxable, but technical apparel, such as waders and related footwear are taxable items. On International orders,
duty, customs, and any other taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Promotional free shipping of orders more than
$250 is only valid for US residents within lower 48 US states. Customers from AK,HI & US protectorates contact us before purchasing items
Your 100% satisfaction with your eBay order is our number one priority.
If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return new and unused items in the original box with all accessories
within 30 days for an exchange or refund to the PayPal account or credit card charged, less any shipping fees
incurred by the seller or purchaser. In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must be unused and in re-saleable
condition including the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers.
All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please, clearly print/type your name and address on the outside
of the package. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. Shipping and handling is non-
refundable.

Order Processing - We ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. All orders will ship within 1 business day of payment. We do not ship on national holidays or weekends. All items that are shipped via Standard Ground will be shipped via the most economical method through either UPS or USPS.
Please note: UPS does not deliver to PO box addresses. Customers, please choose USPS if your address is a PO Box.
Rods & Carts will be shipped via
UPS only.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico customers will have a surcharge of $20 for rods, large items & carts shipped via UPS.
