We have 5 Grades for our quality used handsets and the device you are currently viewing has been classified as Poor. This is our lowest grade of handset and will have heavy wear and tear including scratches, scuffs, chips and marks. The screen may have a small crack at the side but nothing which would inhibit the functionality of the handset or the touchscreen.
You work/play in environments where the handset will take a bit of stick. Your youngster needs a mobile but will probably break or lose it before the month is out. You want a phone to use rather than to look at and functionality of the make/model is more important than aesthetics.
The handset is fully working and tested and comes with our comprehensive warranty. Most signs of wear and tear can be hidden with a screen protector and a case. The screen will NEVER be cracked in a way which will inhibit use.
