When will my purchases be posted?
We will always post your items as soon as possible after payment has been made, either same day or next day. Items bought on Saturday or Sunday will be posted on Monday. We fully understand that you wish to receive your purchases quickly, we always confirm by email when your purchase has been despatched and pride ourselves in our speedy delivery service.
What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
We want all our customers to be completely happy with their purchase so in the unlikely event this is not the case we urge you to contact us immediately. We offer our 14 day money back guarantee on all our products or if you require we will always exchange your purchase if you want to. Which size bracelet should I buy?
Firstly measure round the widest section of your wrist where you intend to wear the bracelet, then add 3cm so if your wrist is 16cm then an ideal size would be a 19cm bracelet. If the bracelet is for a younger person always buy slightly bigger to allow for growth.
