All returns must be discussed and agreed upon with us.
Buyers must contact us via eBay message tool within 14 days from the arrival date of item.
Faulty/Damaged/Mispresented items can be repaired or exchanged.
When returning due to other reasons, 20% of restocking fee and round shipping are borne by buyer

All returns for a refund must be UNOPENED and NEW CONDITION in their original box including all components.

We provide 1-year of warranty for most items in our store. Warranty period starts from the arrival date of item. International Warranty is NOT available.
1. If an item is faulty in the first place, it can be exchanged or repaired at no cost and return shipping will be reimbursed.
2. Any other cases except for manufacturing defect and damage in delivery are out of warranty coverage.
Depending on cases, repairing fee can be charged to buyer. Round shipping will be borne by buyer.
Buyers must contact us before returning for warranty.
Without agreement with us, return shipping cannot be reimbursed even if the product is faulty/damaged.
