The 23rd. August 1958 saw the lunch of the "Gorch Fock", the last of a series of four sister ships. Built at the Blohm&Voss yard in Hamburg, it was named after the poet and author Johann Kinau who had become known under the pen name of "Gorch Fock". Since its launch the "Gorch Fock" has served as sailing vessels of the Federal German Navy for the training of officers and N.C.O.s.

Items that are paid for on the same order do qualify for combined shipping. Shipping rates are based on the total weight and size of the package, and you can choose from any of the shipping options available. Orders over $99 will have the option for free promotional shipping. Some restrictions apply to the free shipping promotion. Orders that are shipped to PO Boxes, APO and military address, and outside of the Continental US will be switched to Parcel Post if FedEx is selected. Mark Twain Hobby reserves the right to modify or change the shipping method selected for an order. Missouri residents must pay sales tax on all items.
We also offer combined shipping for international customers when items are paid for together. Large and oversized items are excluded from the shipping discount.
