Returns Policy

It is important to us that you are happy with your order - if you are not please message us so that we can help rectify any issues.

Unwanted items. If you wish to return an unwanted item you have 14 days to do so. Customers are responsible for return postage costs and we cannot offer refunds after 14 days. Please ensure that it is being returned in the same condition in which it was  sent i.e. in an un-used and re-saleable state. This includes their original box and packing.

Incompatible items. Most Bluetooth items are returned due to incompatibility not faults. If your item is incompatible with your set up, you can return it for a full refund. We are not responsible for return postage costs. Please do not open a return request stating that the product is defective - as this is not the case. Instead either contact us directly to arrange the return or follow the returns procedure below. It is likely that we will have a different solution for you.

Faulty items. Faulty items must be reported within 48 Hours of delivery. If in the unlikely event you do receive a faulty item, we will need you to return it to us for testing.  If it is faulty, we will provide either a replacement or full refund accordingly and will pay returns postage costs. If the item is not found faulty and is instead incompatible or presumed faulty due to incorrect use, we will not be responsible for return postage costs.

Returns procedure. If you are returning an item All returns must include a covering note, or copy of your invoice or order which MUST include your name, contact details, order number and the reason for return. Without your order number / contact details we will be unable to process your return.  Please ensure that it is being returned in the same condition in which it was  sent i.e. in an un-used and re-saleable state. This includes their original box and packing. Please send to LAYEN, Suite 2 Sandhurst House, 297 Yorktown Road, Sandhurst, Berkshire, GU47 0QA. Your return will be processed within 3 days of receipt.

Postage. Please note the goods are your full responsibility until we take receipt of  them. We recommend sending Royal Mail recorded delivery to minimise the risk of loss and you having to make a claim on lost post. We will not be able to provide a refund for any postage costs incurred  when returning the item back to us - or original postage costs when the order was made, unless the item is faulty.
