Here below is our return policy for auction items:

The Buyer must return the item within 14 days after receipt of the item.
Item must be returned in its original condition with labels, tags, etc. attached.
A 15% restock fee will be applied for items returned not in its original condition or beyond the 14 days period, and for all free shipping items.
Returns may not be accepted if suit worn or damaged
Shipping and Handling charges cannot be refunded.
The Buyer is responsible to send the item back to the Seller.
Refund will be made within 7 days after returned item is received.

Customers who need to exchange for a different size or item need to check our current listing and buy a new item, and returned the item purchased for refund.

We guarantee our product quality. In the event that you receive a wrong item or a defective product, we will refund the total of your payment plus your shipping back cost via UPS ground or USPS Priority. However, the Seller will not assume any further responsibilities due to the mistake or product defect.
