1.How can i do if the machine received broken ?

We always check the machine before we send it out. But due to the shipping company is too violence to treat the package ,Sometimes it will broken when you receive it.

Please do not worry ,Just contact us and attach your picture to me ,We have professional after sales to help you deal with this situation,

2.How can i change the address when the address is wrong ?

Please must check your address again and again before you pay for it. You also can contact us to change the address before the item ship. But once the item shipped out ,We have no ideas to change the address for you. Hope you can understand this

3.I am new with this machine. Will you teach me how to use this machine ?

We always send the manual to customer's mailbox. It’s our duty to give your a working machine. But we do not teach you how to use mach 3.

4.What materials can i use to carving for this machine ?

CNC 3040 can carving Paper Cloth Glass Aluminum Acrylic PBC Wood Bamboo ECT,(Except metal).

5.How can i do when the machine losing step?

Sometimes this machine will losing step. If you meet this problem. Please do not worry, Please take a video to show me your problems first ,After our engineer check it and confirm the problem .We can resend the driver board to you with free.

6.Is the CNC Engraver ready to use?

No. Industry machine need installation and debugging. It fit for professional engineer only. Please check if you are qualified to drive.

7.What's the carving deep and accuracy of this machine ?

The CNC engraver is for hobby NOT for business purpose. Single Carving depth is about 2MM. Accuracy is around ±0.05MM, don’t compare it to business CNC center. We don’t accept return for accuracy issue.

8.Can I return the machine for refund?
