You can return any item we sell within 30 days of arrival for a full refund. An RMA number is required for all returns, items without a vaild RMA number will delay your refund. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost. International buyers: If you return your item, please be advised we cannot refund our original shipping expense. Please be certain to return the part we shipped to you. Our parts are easily identified by the security/tamper sticker or stamp on each of our items. This sticker or stamp must be on the item and intact. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction and we stand behind every item we sell 100%.

All items are covered under 90 day warranty. If you receive a (rare) DOA item, we will pay for the shipping both ways for an exchange or refund. We will only cover shipping back to us from the location we shipped to (within Contiguous U.S. ONLY).
