We use several carriers here at Unvented Components for dispatching your products but our main two carriers are Royal Mail and Interlink Express. We chose to use these as they offer a signature for all deliveries and have insurance for your goods ensuring that if anything arrives damaged you will not be out of pocket. Standard postage provides a 2 to 3 day delivery service whilst our 24hr rapid dispatch service for orders placed before 3:00p.m (Monday to Friday) will have your parcels with you the following business day. All prices quoted on Web Pages will refer to deliveries inside the mainland UK unless otherwise stated.

In the unlikely event that your postage is more than quoted via the eBay system we will always contact you before sending your goods, at this point you have the right to refuse the delivery charges.

Large items that need to be dispatched on a Pallet will be charged at the local pallet rate, as this is defined by the postcode we are unable to list all costs prior to order.

It is against the Terms of all major card issuers to collect payment for goods until they have been shipped from our premises (unless bespoke goods are being made to order). The process we have to follow is to authorise a payment for goods which will be shipped and collected on the day the goods are dispatched. The terms imposed allow us to hold on to this authorisation for 28 days, however after the 28th day the authorisation is void and we are unable to collect funds.

In an instance where the goods are to be delivered on a long lead time we will contact all customers to advise of the lead time and if the 28 days pass then we will require a re-authorisation. To re-authorise a payment we will need to contact you and obtain full details from your card including the Card Number, Valid From & Expiry Dates along with the Security Code as this is information we are unable to hold.
We will always contact any customer who’s payment requires re-authorisation as we will be unable to ship any goods until payment has been authorised by your card issuer.

We will endeavour to complete all returns requests within 2 working days. Upon completion of this request we will generate a Goods Return Note which you will need to return with the products.

Unless we have stated that we will collect this item or that we will reimburse you with your return postage you will be liable for the cost of returning the goods and may also be charged a nominal restocking fee of £5 should the part have been ordered in error. Any claims for return postage that have not been agreed on your Goods Return Note will NOT be paid.
