General Ebay Policy:

-By purchasing this item, you have agreed that
we are only responsible up to the purchase price of the item. Any incidental damage or loss of data is an
inherent risk of any electronic item - new or used.

-A "used" laptop or desktop implies
there may be signs of wear and usage, but that it should be materially
functional unless otherwise disclosed.
Normal wear and tear consistent with the age should be expected.
·
-Battery life duration is never guaranteed or
implied for any laptop purchase.
Batteries are difficult to test for certain unless used on a day to day
basis, which we do not have the resources to do.
·
-If you need to contact us, please use Ebay
messages or the Ask seller a question link.
We will reply within 24 hours in most cases, except for weekends,
holidays, vacation, or acts of God beyond our control.
Shipping Policy:
·
-We ONLY ship to the address you have provided
in Ebay's "Order Details". If
this is not the correct address, we will issue a full refund and relist the
item. You can purchase again with the
correct address if you still want the item.
·
-We ship within 1 to 3 business days upon
receipt of payment. We do have family
and work obligations and sometimes cannot get to an order immediately. If you require an item urgently, please contact
us for the price for Overnight shipping or consider purchasing locally from a
retail store.
·
-We use Fedex, UPS and USPS for most shipments
at our discretion. Overnight/Next Day
shipments are always shipped UPS (1 PM EST cutoff). We reserve the right to cancel the
transaction if we cannot ship the item at a normal and reasonable price. For example, the item costs more to ship than
the entire auction selling price.

-No International Shipping or re-routing
services except through Ebay's Global Shipping program. If you are discovered to use one, then any
warranty or return possibilities immediately becomes void.
·
-Once item is handed to the shipping carrier, we
have no control over any sort of shipping delay. Please be aware of this when leaving
feedback.
·
-If the package is returned back to us due to a
wrong address (buyer error) or item is not picked up, the cost of original
shipping will be deducted from the refund.
We will not re-ship.
·
-All orders totaling over $200 require an adult
signature in order to release package.
·
-Due to logistical and staffing concerns, we do
not offer local pickups at this time except for very unusual circumstances.
Return Policy:
·
-Items generally carry a 3 calendar day DOA “dead
on arrival” and “as described” warranty from the date of delivery. If you have a problem, please contact us
through Ebay messages and we will work towards a resolution. After the 3rd calendar day, there are no returns or refunds
for ANY reason. Please
inspect your items immediately upon arrival.

All returns must be approved before they should
be sent back. Items sent back without
communication will be considered “abandoned” and we will re-sell, recycle or
keep the item.
