Simple.....Just make sure all returned items reach us in new condition and suitable for resale. Before returning an item please send us a message via ebay to obtain a returns number and further instructions. We also encourage using the ebay returns process as this helps streamline the returns process.
To keep things simple we offer refunds on items but not exchanges....This means if you would like to swap an item you will need to return it for a refund and puchase the new item seperately. This helps improve customer satisfaction and gets the correct part to you quicker.
Warranty - All items are covered under a 12 month parts only Warranty as standard. Some items may include an extended warranty period which will be highlighted in the listing description. The following terms apply to both Standard and Extended Warranty items. This covers the original part supplied in case of failure. It does not cover, labour costs and/ or failure of associated parts or other consequential loss. All Warranty claims will need to be accompanied with proof of purchase and proof of professional installation, the failed part will also need to be available for inspection.
