30 Day Return Policy

 Please return the item in the same condition with which it was received.  Any item that has visible sign of wear or missing any of the original packaging will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, and the refund will not be issued. Upon return and inspection, the purchase will be refunded via PayPal. 

When returning your item, please use a reliable service (USPS, FedEx, UPS) that provides insurance and tracking. 
All returns must be filed within 30 days of purchase date.  
All returns must be inspected and approved before the return is refunded.

Upon receipt of the return, please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed.

Shipping

We ship with USPS or FedEx which provides a tracking number.
Our goal is ship on the same day (if paid by 12pm CST) and promise to at least ship next business day upon payment.

We ship to the confirmed address on file with PayPal.

International Shipping 

For our international buyers, we provide two options for shipping for your convenience:

-USPS International First Class which is less expensive but slower

-USPS Flat Rate Priority which is more expensive yet quicker
