We only accept PayPal payments for eBay orders.

Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase or end of auction.  Within this period, please let us know of any possible delays.

We love to combine shipping on multiple purchases.  Please request for a combined invoice BEFORE payment so we can provide the shipping discount.

For our international buyers:  Please note that items that are bought under the eBay Global Shipping Program cannot be shipped together with other items that are NOT under the Global Shipping Program. Also, we are not allowed to send invoices for items purchased under the Global Shipping Program. If you are not sure which these items are, please email us before making your purchases.

Shipping

Orders paid by 3pm EST on a weekday will ship the same day. Purchases on a weekend and holiday will ship on the next business day.

Most of our items ship via USPS First Class Mail which takes to 2 to 5 days from Washington DC. Expedited Shipping via USPS Priority Mail takes 2 to 3 days.  Guaranteed 1 to 2-day shipping is also available via USPS Priority Express Mail.

eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP): International orders with pre-paid expedited postage and Customs charges are first shipped to the eBay consolidation warehouse in Erlanger KY.  From there, you will receive another tracking number for the delivery of the package to your international address.

International orders that are NOT shipped with eBay GSP will be dispatched via International First Class Mail (FCM), Priority Mail or Priority Express Mail.  FCM is the least expensive shipping option but it does NOT include tracking in most countries once the package leaves the US.  Delivery time also varies greatly from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on distance and Customs processing time in individual countries. Only International Priority Mail (7 to 11 business days) and Express Mail (4 to 6 business days) include tracking and insurance.

CAUTION: If your item was NOT shipped under eBay GSP, your Customs office MAY charge additional handling and importation fees with your purchase. We have no way of determining these fees beforehand and any such incidental charges will be for your account. Please contact your country's Customs office for estimated charges BEFORE making your purchase.

All international shipments are insured for loss and damage. However, a waiting period of 45 days from date of shipment is needed before any claim can be filed. Please contact us if you have not received your package after 45 days so we can file the insurance claim.

Returns

There are NO RETURNS AND EXCHANGES for all personal hygiene items such as adhesive bras, nipple covers, panties and hosiery.

All other non-hygienic items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned with attached tags, in original packaging with all included accessories.

Buyer pays for return shipping with tracking.

Refunds will be net of a restocking fee of 20% if an item was sent with FREE SHIPPING, or 10% if the item did not ship for free.

FAQs

Q. What is your return policy?
A. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for personal hygiene items.  This includes NuBra adhesive bras, Braza nipple covers, Rago panties, Preggers hosiery and our other brands of fishnet hosiery.  We can accept returns of all other non-hygienic items (e.g. Rago girdles, socks) within 15 days of receipt as long as the items are unused and original tags are still attached.  In other words, the items must be in sellable condition for a return.

Q. Do you charge a restocking fee?
A. For our returnable items, we do charge a restocking fee of 10% to 20% to recover outbound shipping costs and our selling/listing fees.  If the item did not ship for free, we charge a 10% restocking fee. Restocking fee is 20% if the item originally shipped for free.

Q. Who pays for return shipping?
A. Buyer pays for return shipping, unless we shipped the wrong item or style.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We ship to all countries within the Paypal international network. eBay requires Paypal payments as Paypal provides verification of account ownership and minimizes the likelihood of fraud for both seller and buyer protection.

Q. Do you combine shipping within the US?
A. We love to combine shipping to addresses in the US, APO/FPO and US territories!  Please request for a combined invoice BEFORE payment so we can provide the shipping discount.  Please note that Paypal charges per transaction so we are not able to provide discounts for separate Paypal payments.

Q. Do you combine shipping internationally?
A. Most of the time, we can.  However, we cannot combine shipments when one or more items ship under the eBay Global Shipping Program while some items do not. We also reserve the right to require shipping via International Priority Mail when the total order value is over $100, or if a large quantity of items will not fit a flat rate priority mail envelope or box.

Q. What is the eBay Global Shipping Program?
A. The eBay Global Shipping Program is the eBay shipping service that allows an international buyer to pre-pay trackable expedited shipping as well as Customs charges. This is a recommended service for buyers in countries such as the UK where VAT and other charges are levied for items valued over a certain amount so there are no unexpected additional charges when a package is claimed from Customs.  Under this program, all orders are first shipped to an Erlanger KY address before the package is assigned a new tracking number for delivery to the buyer's international address.  More information on eBay's Global Shipping Program can be found here.
