body, cap, and nib are all in excellent cosmetic condition with no damage or signs of significant wear

I am not an expert in fountain pens so I will describe what I see and provide pictures to illustrate. The pen appears to need restoration; when the nib section is removed from the barrel, there is some chipping around the rim, and there is no feeder tube; there does not seem to be a bladder inside the body, but the fill lever does spring back into place when lifted.

The outward condition of the pen is so close to pristine that I would not anticipate any unexpected damage getting in the way of restoration, but again I am no expert, so any questions, just ask!
