Title: John Waters
Acrylic and graphite on 300 gram, 100 percent cotton Arches paper from a rare book titled “Chemin de Croix” (Stations of the Cross) by Georges Bernanos, published in 1954 by Le Centurion, Paris, France. Size: 19 3/4 by 12 3/4 inches. Signed lower right front, signed N. Turner and dated 2015 on the reverse. Location: Nice, France. Only 200 copies of the book were published (this was number 42). This work was done on two pages from the book. The pages were removed as one sheet of paper. The painting is not sold with a frame. All of the materials used are archival. |
