While most units will be like new, some units might have minor cosmetic wear that does not impact performance or quality, please see pictures for more detail. Every system was inspected and prepped by Dell with a clean installation of Windows installed at the factory.

Return Policy:

30-days return policy calculating from the time that the shipping carrier delivered the item, we charge 15% restocking fee under any circumstance, NO EXCEPTIONS, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required, buyer must contact seller for RMA authorization before returning an item. also, all returns by shipping carrier due to customers rejecting delivery or unavailable to arrange for pickup at the shipping carrier facility will also be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Unauthorized returns will not be honored and may be refused upon receipt and/or shipped back at the customer’s expense.
The returned item must be in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Any dismantled, marked, or visibly defaced product by the buyer will VOID the item's return authorization.
Merchandise must be returned within 2 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization # at which time the Return Authorization # expires. Return Authorization #'s are non-renewable. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We have recorded all Serial Number and Service Tag# for every laptop we sell. So please do not attempt to return/exchange something that we do not ship.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable! Most of my products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. You will be refunded the purchase price less my shipping costs as soon as item is returned to us.
In case If there is a problem with the item there is a manufactures warranty available (Warranty and support direct with Manufacture)
We reserve the right to test all returns. All return items must be in original condition. Any returned item that is damaged due to customer misuse, missing parts, or in a condition that cannot resell due to customer tampering will result in a higher restocking fee of up to 95% of the sales price based on the condition of the product.
