      This system is one of the nicest Optiplex 380 Desktop systems you'll find and it's priced to sell NOW using the BUY IT NOW feature.  This is a great system for use as an everyday computer.  The processor included in this system is the Xeon Quad Core E5450 3.0GHz.  This type of Xeon CPU normally does not work in an Optiplex system but the CPU was modifed (motherboard was not modified) to work in this system.  This CPU actually gives you the same performance as a Core 2 Quad Q9650 3.0GHz.  This is a very nice and economical computer.

      • I've been selling computer systems and hardware for over 10 years.  In this time I've gained a lot of experience in configuring, upgrading, modifying and trouble shooting computers.  I'm a one-man show so you'll always get my personal attention.
      • Systems are thoroughly tested to make sure there are no issues, systems are upgraded to the latest BIOS, and BIOS settings are optimized.
      • The interior of the systems are thoroughly cleaned.  I remove the fans, heatsink, memory, video card, other cards, and optical drives and clean away any dust.  The motherboard and power supply are the only parts that are not removed.
      • You'll know the cosmetic condition of the system - there will be no surprises.  The exterior of the computer is cleaned and most scratches (or blemishes) are touched up.  Any scratches or dents will be mentioned in the "Product Condition" section along with supporting pictures.
      • Is the system not configured the way you want?  I offer many upgrades including hard drives, SSD's, memory, and video cards.  See "Upgrade Options" section for more details.  Plus, the upgrades are reasonably priced.
      • The operating system will be fully installed with nearly all patches and security updates installed.  The only other programs installed will be hardware drivers, Microsoft Security Essintials, Adobe Reader, and Google Chrome.  In some case Microsoft Office 2010 Starter will be installed (see "System Configuration" section to see if Office is included).
      • Operating System Reinstall Disc:  You'll receive a USB flash drive that can be used to reinstall the operating system.  This not only faster than using a DVD disc but I've also incorporated most of the updates and security patches (updated through early May 2016) so this will save you nearly 5-6 hours of having to check for Windows Updates and then downloading/installing the updates.
      • The system will be carefully and securely packaged for shipping.  I use Dell original boxes and foam padding.

      Product Condition
      These system in perfect working condition.  The inside of the systems have been cleaned so there is very little (if any) accumulated dust.  Cosmetically, the exterior of the system are in good to very good condition but they do have some scratches or blemishes.  Overall, I would rate these system to be in "B or B+" cosmetic condition.  See directly below for actual pictures.

      The systems do not carry a warranty through Dell.  For the warranty, I will offer a 30-day parts warranty on the system starting from your date of receipt.  If you have determined that a part has gone bad (or I can try to help you troubleshoot as well) then I will make arrangements with you to send a replacement part. Also, I am pretty good at trouble shooting problems so if you have any problems down the road past 30 days then please let me know and I will do my best to help out.

      You can choose between either USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post.  The listing is setup for the Priority Mail option but if you would prefer Parcel Post then please provide your zip code and I will provide an estimate (Parcel Post is normally about 2/3 of the price of Priority Mail).  Please keep in mind that Priority Mail is the quicker option and the item will usually arrive in 3-4 days (keep in mind it is not a guranteed service though).  If you choose Parcel Post then it will most likely take about 10-14 calendar days for the package to arrive (the last 2 systems I shipped to AK using Parcel Post took about 12 days).

      SHIPPING TO CANADA

      I will consider shipping to Canada through UPS Ground (or other expedited UPS services if you want to pay extra for it) on an exception basis.  Please realize the following  1) You will owe brokerage fees and/or customs fees.  I have no way of knowing how much the fees will be  2) The items will be insured and declared at full value (I will not understate the value for lower customs fees).  If you are interested then please contact me and provide your Postal Code and I'll send a shipping quote to you.  If you decide to buy then I'll update the listing to allow Canadian buyers and will setup a shipping option for Canada.
