Returns

Your Right to Cancel: Items may be returned within 7 days for whatever reason, Items returned other than faulty must be returned in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition for FULL REFUND (excl p+p).

Faulty within 7 days: A Replacement will be issued where there is no replacement available a full product refund will be given.

Faulty after 7 days: Refer to manufacturers warranty

Contact through ebay must be made for all returns within 7 days of receipt of item.

Where a faulty item is returned for refund and found not to be faulty a restocking fee of 10% may be deducted from any refund.

We dispatch our items mainly through fulfilment centres where their logos may appear on the packaging and packing slips. We also dispatch stock  items that we hold ourselves these are usually sent via Royal Mail recorded or Other courier company for larger items.
