    This listing is for one set of APC UPS rails, complete with mounting hardware (cage nuts & screws).   These rails are weight rated up to 230 lbs, and they easily adjust to fit any standard rack depth.   They work with UPS equipment 2U or larger (up to 5U).

    This set contains 2 rails (left and right) and mounting screws.    These rails are in good working condition, and were pulled from a cabinet being decommissioned.

    This item includes 30 day non-DOA Limited Hardware warranty.

  • • • • Batteries tend to have “memory” effects, that is, often the battery life is affected by the way the buyer uses it.
  • • • • Even “NEW” batteries can be bad—and when we provide new batteries , they are sealed as we receive them—we DO NOT unpack and test them (we did in the past, but some buyers complained that the tested batteries weren’t “NEW”).
  • • • • We have no control over how used batteries that we receive with the laptops were treated in the past.
  • PHOTOS Unless otherwise specified in the listing, photos shown may be representative of the item being sold; they are not necessarily an exact photo of the item.   We (like most sellers on eBay, especially sellers who often sell multiple of the same items or repeat sales of the same items) commonly use “stock photos”; items such as serial numbers, etc., do not necessarily pertain to the particular item being sold.

  • Shipping costs are based on box size as well as weight--therefore, a light object in a larger box will incur higher shipping costs than if it were based on weight alone.   Also, shipping companies have specific requirements for packaging (such as having a certain amount of packaging material on all sides), which dictate that we often have to use a larger box than some would think (to compensate for handling during shipment).   Please consider this when leaving feedback and detailed seller ratings (DSR's).
  • All items we ship are PROFESSIONALLY PACKAGED--we have been shipping items (often very heavy items), both around the US and Internationally-- since 1997, and have an EXCELLENT shipping record.
  • eBay's newest policies regarding DSR's consider anything LESS than a 4.8 as below average, and prefer all 5's.   Please consider this when leaving DSR's.

    RETURN POLICY:

  • Buyers MUST notify us of problems by e-mail within 5 business days of receipt.
  • All returns MUST be in original packaging.
  • Returns MUST be accompanied by authorized RMA number, or they will not be accepted.
  • If buyer claims an item is defective, and it isn’t, buyer WILL BE CHARGED A 20% RESTOCKING FEE, to cover our costs and effort.
  • Shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless extenuating circumstances prevail--this is eBay policy, not ours.
  • If an item is returned, it is the prerogative of the seller to determine if it will be replaced, a merchandise credit will be given, or money refunded (less shipping costs).
