Returns, Refunds, & Customer Service:

NO RETURNS will be allowed without a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To obtain a RA#, contact HPP via the "Contact Seller" feature. Please specify the following details:
#1: Your Ebay UserID and Item #
#2: Reason for your return
#3: Condition of Item (New/Sealed or Used/Open)

RA# are usually issued within 1-2 business days; however, during peak periods the RA# may take up to 5 business days.

All non-defective returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be less any applicable restocking fee and actual shipping charges.

Video Games, DVDs, Blu-Ray, Motherboards, Computer Processors, or Computer Software that has been opened are not returnable for refund. Only defective discs can be returned for replacement only with an approved RA#.
