Our items mostly reach to our customers well before the prescribed time span and you can check it from out feed back but in any unlikely situation you didn't receive your item within 7 days after being marked as dispatched please contact us to sort it out otherwise the item will be deemed to have been received and no responsibility will be accepted afterwards.
Please allow us 15 days time to issue you refund or send you replacements in case you didn't receive the item or it is lost in transit. you will be required to complete a claim form before any refunds are issued or replacements for lost parcel is re posted. This is because, we have to provide evidence to the Royal mail that claimant has confirmed non receipt of the parcel before they initiate their routine investigations. Any false claims shall be reported to eBay/Pay Pal and relative ID will be blocked.

The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging
The buyer shall be liable for all delivery/postage charges. In case of returns, refund will be issued less postage charges. In case you want to exchange for size, colour or you wish to swap with any other item, you must be required to pay for appropriate postage charges
In return item cases compulsory deduction of 15% or £1.25 which ever is high shall apply to cover the cost of repacking and restocking.
