c.WWII Royal Indian Army Service Corps Military Army Officer's Uniform.

As this is tailored it is not sized, I have taken the following measurements as a guide. If you are purchasing this to wear please use the measurements as a comparison to a jacket that fits you to avoid a non fit. I suggest this is quite small in size.

Jacket
Arm pit to arm pit laid flat across the chest - 18 1/2"

Waist - 15 1/2" laid flat so 32" overall

Sleeve length from the seam of the epaulette to the cuff - 24"

Sleeve from the arm pit to the cuff - 17 1/2"

Drop from the base of the collar to the bottom hem - 28"

This uniform would be worn with a Sam Browne belt sso no belt is present.

There is a small surface moth damage to the top of the right sleeve. Puncture holes to the lapels wherer collar badges have been in situ. Only four of the buttons are present. 

Trousers
Button fly.
The waist measures a 30" may a 31" at a squeeze.
The inside leg along the inner seam measures 29".

They do have some period repairs a couple to the front of the leg and another couple to the back left buttock area. The buckles on the waist tabs have some surface rust but are still very sharp. There are a few light surface moth nips.

Payments should be received within 3 days of invoice please.

Payments via e-cheque will be despatched on clearance.

Personal cheque payment will be despatched on clearance, usually four working days.

International customers - Paypal or International Bank Transfer in GBP accepted.

Non payments will be filed with ebay to claim our sellers fees.

 


Shipping

Items are usually despatched within 24 hours of payment. We do aim to get to the post on a daily basis but this is not guaranteed especially on the weekend.

Courier items may take longer as we need to book collection 24hours in advance. Couriers do not collect over the weekend therefore items finishing on a Thursday may not be collected until the following Monday.

If Hermes is offered as a postal service please note they currently do NOT deliver to all addresses or may incur an extra charge for remote areas. These include Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, etc. In this instance you must opt for the alternative courier option or contact us for a price on shipping.

Some of our heavier / bulky items can be shipped overseas but price depends on location. Please contact us for a shipping quote if one is not specified.

A note to our New Zealand buyers - for some reason eBay do not display an option for postage to NZ so please use the same displayed cost as for Australia.

We are happy to combine postage on multiple items but please wait to be invoiced or request total on completion of bidding. It makes for more work if you pay for multiple items separately and we do not get refunded for our percentage of eBay's fees.

NOTE: EBAY now charge us 'sellers' fees on our postage so where postage is chargeable on our listings the cost quoted covers a small amount to help cover this and our packaging costs, it does not reflect the cost of the postage stamp only! We are happy to accept returns within 14 working days. It is the buyers responsibility to cover the cost to return the item by recorded post unless otherwise agreed. You must advise us first if you wish to return an item.
